Silver Comet Animal Welfare Alliance (SCAWA) supports municipal shelters and independent rescues in west Georgia. We provide funding for medical needs, volunteers, in-kind donations and the introduction of innovative, life-saving programs to advance animal welfare initiatives and the No Kill message.
