Denison Animal Welfare Group is an all-volunteer rescue group that is a 501c3. The shelter works to save dogs and cats that come into the Denison City pound either through owner surrender or as strays. Once an animal comes into DAWG they are spayed or neutered, they receive all age appropriate vaccinations and are also microchipped prior to being released for adoption.
